All orders placed on FuturKart are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Before dispatch, every product undergoes packaging and quality checks to ensure safe delivery.

2. Shipping Coverage

FuturKart currently offers pan-India shipping across most serviceable pin codes through trusted courier and logistics partners.

We strive to deliver our solar and outdoor lighting products to urban, semi-urban, and rural locations across India. However, delivery availability may vary depending on courier network coverage and regional accessibility.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on the product type, shipping destination, weather conditions, and courier operations.

Standard Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including natural disruptions, transport delays, regional restrictions, or courier service interruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Courier availability

  • Ongoing promotional offers

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment confirmation.

From time to time, FuturKart may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

Tracking information usually becomes active within 12–24 hours after dispatch. Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress in real time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to operational or external factors.

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. In rare cases involving lost shipments, FuturKart will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier verification processes.

7. Damaged Package Instructions

We take special care to ensure all products are securely packed before dispatch. However, customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery if severe damage is visible

  • Take clear photos or videos of the package

  • Contact our support team immediately

Claims related to transit damage should ideally be reported within 24 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

8. Change of Shipping Address

Customers may request a shipping address update before the order is dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, address modifications may not be possible. FuturKart is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before marking an order as undelivered.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Refusal to accept the order

The shipment may be returned to our facility. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping requests.
